I've never gotten ice cold food to the point the shredded cheese was still shredded cheese. Especially when it's suppose to have nacho cheese on it as well which it didn't. I paid to add creamy jalapeño sauce which wasn't on it either. This one doesn't give you a receipt either. What's the point of asking if the screen is correct if you don't even read it. I should have checked before leaving. Won't be going here again.
The children running the drive through are beyond unprofessional and extremely disrespectful and screamed through the speaker and got my order wrong.
Drive-Thru keeps missing up with order.
A bunch of popular menu items have disappeared off the menu. Stuff I've been ordering for years. This is lame and not appreciated.
