Just showed up at 10:15! Doors locked!?!
Walked in.. was going to grab quick bite and go... lobby was full of people... people were very aggravated because food was being processed for drive thru.. but not the lobby... people said they had waited 20 plus minutes... Gave 1 star, because this isn't the first time we have had negative experiences here.
Mediocre food, stupid order from a screen instead of a real person talking to you. No personal service at all, they throw your crap on the counter, call your name and walk away.
