They are very nice people very pleasant and friendly
Placed an order and it got messed up. Spoke to the manager who claimed he was sorry. Told him he wasn't as this is a consistent problem there. For the past 3 years I have yet to get an order correct from there. But for a manager to say "yep, I'm not sorry. I really just don't care. I'm not going to bother with it", just not acceptable in any industry. Taco bell please reconsider your hiring and practices. Used to be a great place to go with reliable service. Now it's a roll the dice and see what you get kind of place.
