Frequent customer. Today I went to pick up a mobile order for 11:15 am. I showed up 5 mins early. I received my food at 11:53. Not a lie. I watched 5 patrons show up in store, order food at a kiosk, and leave with food before me. One of them sat down, ate, and left. One side of the table was working drive thru and in store; the other mobile orders and door dash (it seemed). For some reason, mgmt did not allocate staff to correct this. No one said thank you, no one apologized. I will not be back.
Slow food is usually incorrect and never met with positivity
pathetic taco bell establishment, they ignore you at the front counter and stand there staring out of the drive through window, dont make accommodations, and the service is incredibly slow. its ridiculous that you can order online and show up to McDonald's and have it ready in 3 minutes or less, hell, it'd be ready WHEN you get there, but waiting 15 minutes for 2 tacos? with multiple people on the floor to help and work? ridiculous, ill be contacting hr and telling them how badly the employees here are killing their business... read more
