Took 40 minutes for an in store order. Tonight took 30 minutes and counting to make a few grilled cheese burritos and a doctor pepper

Night shift that worked Saturday on April 11th around 11:30 at night. Just know we can see you complain and throw your little tantrums as we pull into the parking lot. Maybe don’t stand in front of the window next time you wanna act like a child about doing your job. Also the service was horrible, it’s like they see all the cars and CHOOSE to work slow just to hold up the line. This is insane. I’d say this place is in need of some new management or new employees.
4/11/26 I waited 30 minutes in line and when I finally got to the window they said there was an additional 25 minutes wait for food with no explanation or apology. I drove off. Absolutely ridiculous!! Several people inside just watched as cars pulled up. I’ve never had this experience at any fast food restaurant in my entire life. It was only 11 o’clock and they were more worried about closing and cleaning the lobby instead actually paying attention to customers and getting orders out the window.
