This is insane, every time I come here my order takes 25-30 minutes to come out and for a fast food restaurant that is unacceptable. I came in late at night around 11:45 and it is now 12:30 and I am still here. I am beyond upset with the employees here I got no sorry and they kept forgetting to make my food or not communicating with one another to get the job done quickly. There is no sense of urgency. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to!
They need to pick up their pace and pay closer attention to their orders.
Food wise, this location is fine (it’s Taco Bell), but the drive thru wait is always excruciatingly long. Every time I think about going here I see a line of cars that barely move, and I go to the fast McDonald’s next door instead. This location either needs to hire more staff or change their assembly process.
