I am a very fair rater of restaurants, and I like Taco Bell, but this particular one deserves the one star. Right when I pull up to the window I was told that it would be at least a 10 minute wait. I was the only car there in the drive-thru it was at a slow time on a Sunday evening. I said fine because I thought it probably wouldn't take 10 minutes. This is a sanctuary restaurant with a homeless population that comes and goes. The mgr refused to clean the restroom upon my request. I will be reaching out to the board of health today and we will get it documented. Be better.
fast and friendly. The young gentleman at the window was great, smiling, and I didn’t have to ask for anything. He was on his A game.
I heard of health violations and you can not get service, thankfully!
