This place is the worst I ever been to. I had my 4 and 6 year old kids with me and my wife after church we came to South Haven to eat dinner. The staff was playing very loud vulgar rap music. After trying so hard not to get up and leave before my food came after waiting 29 minutes. I went up and asked the black girl working the counter who is playing this music. She said the manager is. If I could give this zero stars i would. the service is terrible, the workers are incredibly rude and they’re careless. they don’t care if they make your food wrong and when you go back to get what you ACTUALLY ordered, they act like it’s a huge inconvenience. absolutely ridiculous. i’d rather drive a half hour away to a better location than go here again and i LIVE HERE.
We placed our online order 35 minutes before closing. We arrived there 20 minutes before closing. Upon arrival, we had to knock on the drive through window to speak to someone. They told us they closed early tonight due to running out of product over an hour ago, and we’d have to get a refund for our over 40 dollar order, although the app still allowed us to place our order. I've never been to another location that is consistently out of food like this one. Ownership needs to reevaluate their inventory management.
