Charged for order never received due to “out of stock.” General Manager refused to refund or replace order once items were back in stock. He said “ I’m not from here & I don’t even eat Taco Bell.” Awful experience!
Waited in line for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous wait time and very subpar food and service.
First the speaker box was broken so we had to back out and park. After the male in front of me ordered the female at the counter just looked at me and walked away. My mom asked me of I had orded yet and was like no she just walked away so my mom raised her voice and asked how she was supposed to order and the female came back over... The restaurant was very dirty as well. There seemed to definitely be enough ppl behind the counter/area that could've been cleaning the dinning area,soda machine ect.
