We made an order and only received half our order. We went back in to fix it and staff seemed like they didn’t care and still didn’t receive the correct order. And they were really slow at the time.
Picked up a mobile order with half of my items missing. Called the general manager and he told me to Google the corporate number and hung up on me. 0 stars
Honestly, what is NOT wrong with this place? I have been told to go wait in the parking lot, when nobody was behind me at the drive through.... when i asked why, they said people were behind me in the drive through. I parked, and just went inside and watched the workers chat it up until they noticed me. The place is very poorly managed and the workers are worse. Welcome to the age of mediocracy.
I was just at your Woodland Park location where I ordered a number two, which is advertised as three soft taco Supremes. What I received was three soft tacos. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met by someone claiming to be the general manager, who insisted that I pay the difference between soft tacos and soft taco Supremes in order to get the soft taco Supremes I originally ordered because they put my order into their system incorrectly and fixing that error would be a loss to the business’s bottom lin... read more
Food has always been hit or miss but service has been good. Can only order on kiosk even though there were 7-9 employees behind the counter. I understand self serve ordering but wording with a person should be an option. No one inside or in drive thru when we arrived yet almost 15 min to get food. Then even the most basic things were wrong and some food was cold, some was warm, none of it was hot.
