I’ve eaten at Taco Bell for over three decades, and I’ve never had a single time that I was given bad food. I walked in at about 6:05 PM on a Tuesday night, I was the only person at the counter, and it took several minutes for me to even be recognized, at which point the person who finally tried to take my order, didn’t know how to work the register. Received wrong order. I was told I should check my bag and they will not make my food I ordered
We ordered ahead of time so hopefully our order would be ready closer to the time when we got there. It said it would be ready at 12:40. Once we got there, and waited a bit, several people showed up and ordered in the lobby. They ended up getting there food before us. We ended up waiting till 1, and only after we went up to the counter and asked for our order, the guy had to look it up and originally said he couldn't find it, then said they were still working on it... so we ended up waiting 30 minutes after arriving at taco ... read more
I've never been to a slower TB, and it wasn't even busy. 15+ minutes for one chalupa with only a few customers. We realized that for tonight, at least, the line "cook" was clearly very high and thus moving slowly.
This location has gone downhill severely, always seem understaffed and the wait times for food are outrageous if you dine in. This has become the norm and this particular time I saw at least four couples/ families wait for minimum 40 min and max over and hour to get food. When asked the person running the register told us that they were told by management to prioritize drive thru and ignore lobby customers in order to keep up window times, this seems very irresponsible and having worked in food service is disturbing and offe... read more
