I walked in today at 2:00pm all of the workers which are young females are sitting at the front(dinning area) on their phones the woman sitting at the table asked did I want to place and order the food was old and cold
I'm so disappointed in our restaurants nowadays because the customer service is just not there anymore. I went to this taco bell thinking I was going to order food but I was told to use the kiosk while they were outside smoking weed. I definitely didn't want anything after being treated like that I assume the manager was out smoking too because the whole inside of the store reeked of marijuana smh. I ordered through the drive-thru, I cant expect my food to stay fresh. But my beefy supreme challenge seemed raw. I still ate it cause im fat lmao
The food was hot, and the customer service was excellent.
