We purchased 4 beef chalupas, one cheezy gordita crunch, a #4 combo, and a nachos bell grande. Every item had less than half the amount of beef that they normally do. When I took my first bite, my initial thought was that they had completely skipped putting the meat in the chalupa. But, they had actually just stretched a VERY small amount of beef across the bott of the shell. I was very disappointed with this experience.
Waitress was very rude for no necessary reason... "WHATCHU WANT?". I ordered jalapeños with my Mexican pizza and they didn't put any. When I asked they said, they could give me a free water cup??? Bro whatsss?
Cheesy potatoes was old and hard. No sauce for tacos no straw for my drink. Cashier barely opened her mouth. Horrible service today. Usually I have fresh food but service and food is declining. Tried calling to the store and of course no answer
5 years later and the parking lot is still full of pot holes. "Order at the kiosk" while you stand at the register and watch? No thanks. Management needs to be yelling at their regional meetings about how many customers walked out today at lunch. When a half dozen people walked in and were told to use the kiosk they left. Nobody is waiting 10 minutes just to get to the kiosk. Do better.
