Went thru the drive thru at 1am and they refused to take my order due to the amount of online orders they had. No one else was there at that moment UPDATE. Did it again tonight 5/20/26! Get a new staff already
I went to this location on rancho at 9 pm to the drive thru that had cones up meaning drive thru closed everyone was inside long line very busy I was very upset that the drive thru was closed at such early time on a Wednesday evening
Had a problem at the drive-thru . I tried to order grilled taco. I bought hundreds there at the same location over many years. They said we don't grill tacos. I asked to speak to the manager and a very rude kid come to the window and said he was the manager and would not grill my taco. I was extremely upset and just drove off and canceled the order. Just a week ago I ordered 12 tacos all grilled no problem same store at about the same time. Almost every Wednesday I stopped there after church and get tacos and bring them home... read more
Food is always cold . I don't know how taco can be cold. When it comes out of a warmer. And this location takes forever to get your food.
