terrible customer service, would not pick up the phone when I called, eventually when they answered they would not listen and just brushed me off when i was trying to ask a genuine question about the mobile because it would not let order nacho fries
I have always preferred Taco Bell as a convenient grab-and-go option for my kids, but today I had the worst experience ever. I placed a simple order through the drive-thru: 6 items (3 soft tacos, 2 chalupas, and 1 burrito). After waiting about 10 minutes in line, when it was my turn, the staff member took my payment and then asked me to go around and come back again without providing any reason. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain and the food is always good at this location. Great and friendly staff, too. Consistently the best bang-for-buck food nowadays.
