Live Mas Cafe has taken over and it is disappointing. From the food to the inside to the employee customer service, it has gone downhill. The cafe drinks are so expensive that I don't even want to order any to be disappointed with poor quality and even poorer customer service. Its so bright inside, its almost off-putting and you can rarely get a staff member at the counter. Its always "place your order at the kiosk or order online." I came with my family to check out the new renovation and to have some dinner. While we were placing our order a few of the girls were giving us dirty looks. Once our order was placed one of the employees took a picture of our order and made a comment saying “that’s a lot of food”. Yes my family had 7 people ordering, but regardless if it’s a group of 7 or 3 groups of 3 people, it shouldn’t matter it’s your job to make people’s food.
The absolute worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The food was typical Taco Bell - nothing inordinate. The service was awful - no one to take orders, no cash payments and no printed receipts. By far, the worst part of the experience was the atmosphere. The music was so loud that I couldn't have a conversation with my lunch partner. I asked an employee if she could lower the volume and the reply was shocking "no ma'am" - hard stop!
