Firstly I went pretty late which explains the poor atmosphere but I went through the drive thru. When I ordered everything was fine, we even customized the order mildly and the customizations were correct, here's what ruined the whole experience. I went home and realized I didn't have my cinnamon twists, no big deal im gonna call and either get credit or my cinnamon twists. Why did I call and the jersey picked up then hung up on me... Never again.
While the food was great for Taco Bell standards, I ordered sides at $0.75 cents each and didn’t get them and was ripped off and chiseled for $2.25. They were generous with the napkins though.
