I ordered two extra containers of nacho cheese. They told me that they put in on my tacos. There was not $.80 of cheese on the tacos. Then I had to get someone's attention from the back because they don't man the front counter anymore. The lady was rude. I've tried with this Taco Bell before but it's just not worth it
Customer service was terrible and the food was cold.
Spent almost an hour in the drive-through and the people were rude
Kiosk was hard to understand, service was none existent and we hed to wait for 45 minutes to get our order. We won't be back.
Numerous times it seems they can't get the order correct. The other day I ordered two taco supremes got home which is 10 miles away there's no sour cream no tomatoes and very little meat or cheese. When I went back in there less than friendly about redoing my order.
