When I was ordering the cashier kept pausing and then asking me what I said so I kindly repeated myself and then was told my total after multiple attempts to say it when the cashier was slurring their words. At that point I was afraid to pull up to the drive through. I then received my food and not my drink so I kindly asked for it as well and then was asked two different times on what I just said. So expensive now and still cheaply made :/
After placing an order online through the app to "order quicker" i was directed to pull into the front parking lot. Upon pulling around, there were 3 other cars, maybe 4 that were sent to join me. Upon waiting 30 minutes and still no food delivered, it's a wonder what is happening behind the scenes. The crazy part is seeing other cars go through the drive thru getting their orders ahead of those in the parking lot.
