I waited in the drive thru line for 85 minutes for 10 Diablo Chicken Nuggets ... that's eight and a half minutes per nugget!!!!!! No explanation except "Oh, sorry"
I just got my food after ordering at the kiosk inside of the store, I waited for 3 and a half hours for 5 items. Up until the two hour mark the employees weren’t even making food for people waiting in the store, they were only making food for the people in the drive thru. Once they started making food for people in the store there were people who were only there for half an hour getting their food before me. It was absolutely ridiculous
Took an hour to get my four-item takeout order. Lots of other people waiting too.
Most of the workers are often very nice, however every time I come it takes extremely long for my food to come out. For example a Baja blast freeze and Gordita crunch taco just took over 30 minutes.
