Didnt have anything we wanted fry were like rocks and so was the chicken in my burrito and they didnt give me everything i ordered

As an ex employee I'm very unhappy with the AGM, SHE IS VERY RUDE TO FELLOW EMPLOYEES. HAILEE PEES DOES NOT DESERVE THIS ROLE, SHE TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THEY'RE DOG CRAP ON THE BOTTOM OF HER SHOES. THE GM TONY SEEMS TO NOT CARE HOW SHE IS TILL SHE SPEAKS TO HIM THIS WAY, HE'S JUST AS BAD. THESE TWO PEOPLE ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS LOCATION. I REALLY HOPE THAT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES FIND THEMSELVES SOMETHING MORE BETTER. Horrible customer service! The wait for the drive through has extended 15-minutes and it was almost impossible to back out. When called they said they had more people come into the lobby and they are trying to get back to the drive through meanwhile there is a line of cars extending out to the street. When I let the person on the phone know this she said “I’m not surprised” Not sure who is managing this restaurant but if this is the type of operation they run we will never even try to stop again EVER!
