April 5th 8:30pm. I stopped at Taco Bell on Rainbow. Spent 20 dollars with them on basically nothing. I asked to put the beef on the side of my wife’s two 5 layer burritos because she doesn’t eat meat this is the serving of meat they give me. Not even 4oz. Terrible customer service. Give me what I pay for. Straight ridiculous. They short you on everything you buy.
Came here just once through the drive thru. The girl was friendly on the intercom and then for whatever reason I pull up and she took one look at me, her smile disappeared in no less than a second and she yanked the card from my hand right afterwards while scowling at me and begrudgingly gave me the bag of food. So off putting! I know it’s a drive thru and all that and we don’t really expect much service in that, which I totally get but man was this girl RUDE.
