This Taco Bell has some of the rudest employees I’ve encountered. They seem very young and lack even basic customer service skills. The food was good, but the poor service completely ruined the experience. Because of how I was treated, I won’t be coming back.
They have been "remodeling" the lobby for a while. But all construction is done, crews are gone, but they continue to keep the doors locked, and drive thru only, but 3 attempts and always fail the orders. Since they had the kiosks, nooooooo issues. Use drive thru, failed reach and every time. NOT worth driving back, rather just throw money in the trash. Drove to Taft instead.
9 15 pm I pulled up with my girl and the lobby is close black girl coming out as am approaching the door I say lobby is close so early she laughs and says yes only drive thru that be the last time I go there I guess they don't need my business
