Numerous issues every time I go there. Last visit on 7/8/25 at 9:35pm the drive thru person was on his cell phone the whole time. I ordered a few things. One of them being a beef grilled cheese burrito. Instead they gave me a cold wrap with some sauce, lettuce, and red cabbage. That's it. No cheese, no meat. Pathetic. Thanks for robbing me. You guys are ridiculous. There was barely any meat on any of my soggy hard tacos to!
Bring back the street tacos.
Easily one of the worst taco bell’s around Mass. I work in the fast food industry, I understand mistakes happen, no big deal. So first i order 3 Hard tacos with meat and lettuce. and then 3 of the supreme. We get the order and then they are all the supreme. I go back up to let them know and kindly ask for them to remake it.
