I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and I told the guy I wanted a Mountain Dew Baja Blast drink and not the freeze. When I got up to the window he did the freeze and charged me for the freeze not the drink which is more. He did remake it and gave me the drink instead.
Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. We tried to place two separate orders through the drive-thru, but the employees refused. When we said we would come inside to order instead, we were told the lobby was already closed at 9:40 PM. However, the hours online show that the dining room should be open until at least 10:00 PM. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they were just trying to avoid serving customers. If the lobby closes earlier than advertised, the hours should be updated. The tall chick with the black beanie was super attractive and kind. She fed me super well. The portions were great and she checked my bag at the window to make sure I got everything I needed. 10/10 would come back and probably ask for her number too.
Absolutely miserable and rude staff at this location.
