This location is always on point, but this review is specifically for Annie. AI is great and all, but Annie jumped in on our drive-thru order and absolutely crushed it. She nailed everything like she was sitting in the car with us taking the order herself. She’s got that rare ability to actually understand what you want and even recommend something better. The AI order box could not completely help me because I had a dietary question I asked to speak to a team member ...The guy comes on and literally says 'WHAT!?!?' in the most condescending tone I've ever heard... Emmanuel is seriously the worst employee i have ever delt with. The whole meal was wrong. I came in and the guy was sweating at me. Trying to trespass me very belligerent. This is insane.
