It took a while but it was lunch time. Food was good tables a little dirty but the floor was clean.
It's all right
I had previously left a good review but that’s changing now that I spent 25 minutes waiting on a slow Sunday afternoon for my online order. While waiting in the lobby we watched cars come and leave while we weren’t even acknowleded. Once we got someone’s attention they made it fast enough but I guess when you put ASAP on the app it puts you in line behind any orders currently being processed in the drive through. We were in a hurry too
I order a grilled cheese burrito and the worker forgot the GRILLED CHEESE part when it is literally in the name like what do you mean I bought a grilled cheese burrito and they don’t put the grilled cheese on it, and this order took like 15 minutes like come on do better Taco Bell🤦♂️
Went through the drive through just to hear this poor kid getting yelled at by the manager for making a mistake. word for word “you ask me i’m the manager here” after the poor kid kept saying he was sorry and he understands. poor staff.
