I had such a great experience at the Taco Bell in Oak Lawn recently! I want to give a big shoutout to Moe. what a sweetheart! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, kind, and incredibly professional. He assisted me with my order, made sure everything was correct, and even took the time to show me the current deals so I could get the best value. Do not go here. Did a phone order through the app. Walked into the lobby. Was told 2 minutes. Waited 30 minutes to get my order.
Nothing good about it. Can't follow simple ticket modifications. Received chicken chalupa, instead of beef. A hard shell taco instead of soft. All the food was pretty gross.
I tried really hard not to make a review but this establishment is absolutely horrible! The Staff is extremely LAZY and have no problem serving their guests COLD food! I will NEVER spend another penny here~ Rude incompetent, does not follow simple instructions and are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
