I had just got off work. I placed my order. When I got to the window, the employee just said the amount that was due. I gave her the money and she closed the window. She gave me my food and did not say a word. I asked for napkins because they never remember and another employee gave me some didn’t say a word. Their customer service is awful. I ordered nacho fries and I got home and I was about to eat. The fries were cold and hard as a brick like they’ve been sitting over five hours so I ordered a Dorito Loco taco as well and I use the cheese for my taco so I brought the fries back and they said since the fries were in the bag I would be charged for an extra sauce like are you serious????
