Food was tainted with strange chemical taste. Family got sick. People were friendly but cleanliness and hygiene needed to be stepped up.
Very few things would compel me to review a fast food restaurant, but today I ordered a crunch wrap from this Taco Bell and specified EXTRA nacho cheese, and instead I got a crunch wrap with NO nacho cheese at all! It was a very sad, very dry lunch. Wanting to get what I order really shouldn’t be too much to ask, especially with how expensive fast food has gotten.
Great experience overall. An item was available online but out at the location and they got me a couple comparable items with no issues.
If you want food that's old and also cold this is the place to go. And the staff is just great, they will tell you that your wrong they made it fresh. And if you ask for your money back they will gladly say no because there was nothing wrong with the food since they made it fresh. The manager Jeremy will be great by not helping you with anything
