Took an hour for me to get my order and even then they messed it up. I said specifically NO MEAT and sub beans. He even had it on the receipt but gave me the order with meat in it.
This place used to have killer service, and now it takes 20 minutes to get a crunchwrap for some reason. Im not sure if the quality of the staff slipped or theyre perpetually understaffed or if its a training store now, but yeah if you come here I advise having something to read or watch on your phone because youre going to be waiting a bit for your food.
Enjoyed a lunch here with my son who loves Taco Bell. Had an interesting experience with another patron who was under the influence of an unknown substance. He was carrying on and moving around the restaurant strangely. Overall, he ended up getting kicked out after attempting to use a coupon incorrectly and harassing the staff. Thankfully the staff handled it and apologized to us afterward. I was appreciative of their help!
