Used kiosk inside due to order modification my wife requested . I did not find out that my ordered chocolate empanada was replaced with cinnamon crisps. I tried to report this by phone and no one answered despite at least six rings.
Staffs' attitude toward customer was so bad.
Look I love some of the employees here and I’ve waited an hour in line before for my food, I love Taco Bell. I ALWAYS tip at the window, too. Yesterday I came at 3:20am and was told they were closed. Okay, cool. My coworker came eight minutes later and they served them. Whatever. Today I went at 1:30am and they told me they were only taking DoorDash or UberEats orders. I was like??? Huh??
