There's a lady in her mid 40s she's always with worse attitude even with their employees, she's so mean to customer, next time I'll record a video so can see this the Taco Bell on Norcross Jimmy Carter blvd, go check it out for yourself
Food is fine, service is fine but they use that Taco Bell Skynet AI Robot for their Drive Thru 🥲
Most of the employees have somewhat of an attitude. I ordered through the site to pick up in the store, site said it was ready. I get to the restaurant and they say it shows as a drive thru order and kinda give an attitude towards me about it. Acting like I should go back and wait in the drive thru for an order the site said was ready and it was not done at all. I do not recommend this Taco Bell because of their poor customer service.
Ordered no sour cream then asked for some on the side at the window and the rude and confrontational lady boldly told me I have to pay for it. Drink had no syrup and she tried to argue with me that it was fine. This employee seemed to be in a bad mood / want confrontation.
New countertops and tables recently installed and they no longer clean the place with a spray bottle full of Starry.
