Couldn’t even get my food. The drive-through was so backed up. The lady said that they had two people working both the drive-through and the inside. Unacceptable. How in the world can they run a business like that I won’t go back that’s for sure. The other Taco Bell’s are faster locally by far.
I stopped by Taco Bell late one evening after a long drive and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the visit was. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was packaged neatly with all the sauces and extras I requested. The food was fresh, and the ingredients tasted better than I expected for a quick meal on the go. The employee at the drive-thru was polite and patient while I took a minute to decide what to order. It was a convenient and satisfying stop when I needed a quick bite.
I love this location. I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile and a kind hello (appreciate it always, Alex!) - kids here (kids to me at my age) are on it. My order is always spot on and tasting as expected plus always fresh and well put together. Grilled chicken crunchy tacos and drinks are my usuals. Store is always clean and tidy and everyone is busy getting it done on all levels. Stay great, guys - you're the best :)
I just moved from Sanford back to my hometown but I visited this Taco Bell every single Friday to celebrate the end of the work week. I actually miss this TB a lot. The ones where I live now are awful and nowhere compare to this TB which seems crazy to say. While yes, sometimes the drive thru line would take 10-15 minutes I never really complained about my food or had my order incorrect. The staff were always friendly and had a positive attitude. Hola buenas noches escribo a través de este medio para hacer una denuncia pública ! Un empleado de este taco bell , afro americano de trenzas su nombre creo que es Alex ! Me discriminó por no hablar inglés y se negó a entregarme un pedido de Uber eat después de esperar más de 15 minutos mi pedido … ojalá puedan tomar acciones contra este empleado ya que me trató con actos racitas para que ningún otro repartidor latino pase por mi situación gracias !
