1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED This was honestly one of the most frustrating food delivery experiences I’ve had. We placed a Taco Bell order through Uber Eats and were missing FOUR burritos from the order. FOUR. I have a hungry 14-year-old, so instead of just accepting that we weren’t getting what we paid for, I had to place another entire order. Jake is awesome! Every time I come by for lunch, Jake is always cheerful and a real joy to interact with! Promote this guy or give him a raise; he’s working wonders for customer satisfaction! Jake’s my guy 🫡 The food is pretty good too.
