Had to wait to order which was odd
Stopped late at night (2:30am) with a large vehicle that wouldn't fit through drive through. My group walked to the window (15 people). They were given a nasty rejection. Very disrespectful. While other places with locked doors, for safety, except this practice, they clearly had no interest in customer service. Hence, no takeout, no fun.
The service was good but the food was retrieved. Worst tb I've ever had honestly. Food was stopped together. Burrito and crunch wrap were soggy.
Just one question who cooks the rice today? Was outstanding my chicken bowl has delicious! 🥳 This is my Mitchelin star for you guys ✨️
Honestly, I’m not sure if this is corporate policy or just silly employees, but for being fast food, it took us 27 minutes from start to finish, because they made us circle the drive-through twice?
