Literally no words from the person in the drive-thru. Seems like mostly teens and young adults work here and I'm not expecting a high-end steakhouse level of service but how do you take someone's money and pass them food without speaking to them? Food was hastily thrown together and I had to tell them something that was on their menu that they seemed to not realize (the Mountain Dew Baja Midnight soda). They still gave me a regular Baja, by the way.

I placed a mobile order for pickup, and the app showed my order was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told the black beans weren’t ready and ended up waiting 20 minutes. During that time, the staff did not communicate well — their attitude and body language came across as dismissive, and whenever I followed up, I didn’t receive a proper response. Every surface inside that’s capable of being sticky, is. Iced tea dispenser was broken. The staff and quality of food were average. The place itself is so so so gross. There are messes left everywhere. We had to dine in and greatly regret the decision to do so in this Taco Bell.
