I put in an order for food and after 30+ minutes of waiting, I still had not received it. 15 minutes into waiting, I went up to the counter and me along with one or two other people stood at the counter with nobody acknowledging us the entire time. I eventually had to call for the lady standing at the drive-through window and I asked for a refund because I’ve been waiting for so long and still haven’t not gotten my food, and that proceeded to take about another 5 to 10 minutes.
One of the workers here today (11/3) was talking loudly in the service area. He was stating how much experience he had w/ "white people" and how they liked to spell things oddly among other things. When I caught his attention and asked "Is that right?" He replied "yes". I told him that was petty and racist and he just ignored me. My order took over 15 minutes, everyone was complaining and cars were just driving off front the drive-thru.
Go to the drive through, place order, pay and get told to drive around by the door and they will bring your food to you. you do so and discover many other people sitting in their cars waiting and waiting and waiting. also appeared to be a large number of people sitting inside the restaurant waiting for their food as well. In about 20 minutes of waiting I saw maybe 3 people get their food. I finally gave up and left; I hadn't planned on waiting an hour plus for some Taco's.
Food used to be good quality, but has sharply tanked recently. Service is unimaginably slow, even when there are no customers. You can wait from 30 minutes to an hour for takeout on simple orders. My order specifically took 45 minutes to prepare when there were absolutely no customers, pick up orders, or drive thru orders in process.
