Very slow drive thru. They messed up my order twice. Will not go back to this restaurant.
Went to the taco bell on Highway 69 in tuscaloosa and ordered the new chicken burrito meal and the pineapple freeze in which they told me they was out of. Nonetheless I still had to park in front of the building for additional 10 minutes for "fresh food" in which my food came out made home looked in the bag the mini taco salad shell was stale the fries was OK the doritos taco they gave was broken up in pieces. I'm lived in many different cities, Taco bell was the only consistent fast food untill I tried this one tonight, I ordered 3 burritos, 2 were stuck on the wrapper and the one I tired to eat was falling apart and was half cold.... I threw the food away.
Terrible experience sat around for 30 minutes got forgot about by staff and then treated poorly. Food was cold too and thrown into the bag so that most of it was just smashed, so not sure why they had me wait.
