Took forever to take our order. Told them 3 times we wanted sour cream and a soft taco supreme. No sour cream and no soft taco. We asked for sour cream and opened our quesadilla and crunch wrap and they were completely black. One guy was cussing and yelling the whole time. All the other workers did their job. we asked for new food and the food was still blandly overcooked.

People who check you out are super nice but some of the cooks are so rude. I saw them give my order to someone else but when I tried to grab their attention to tell them they would look me straight in my face then walk away.

I ordered a grilled cheese black bean burrito. It was not made correctly not even grilled just rolled and put in the bag. I told them it was wrong she took it back put it on the grilled gave it back to me. Get to my seat and it’s STILL WRONG. Take it back and she precedes to tell me that the grilled cheese burrito I ordered doesn’t come “that way” with melted cheese on the top. Found plastic cover in the food and spoke to manager. They were like, OK let me give another one. An apology would have been a nicer way to better customer service. Yes, your employees are beaten up with work, but there should be commitment. Being a small business owner, i understand the pain in running a business. And mistakes happen. But this is not a customer should be handled.
