This Taco Bell was DISGUSTING. Right when we walked in I wanted to leave. The floor was gross, every table had food and trash on it, the trash was falling out of the bins because they were so full. My son was very hungry and we had been driving for 7 hours and it was 9pm. So we ordered at the kiosk. After 30 mins, I went to the counter to find out why our order was taking so long and the whole floor back there was covered in food. It was the most disgusting thing. So I left without my food. “It appears we ran out of napkins”
if ordering on line I have to plan half hour before my lunch break
The floor behind the counter and in the dining room was very dirty. Employees were standing on food droppings as they filled orders. The trash cans behind the counter and in the dining room were over full. Since we had to order at a kiosk, no drink cups were offered at the time of the order and I had to go back to ask for them. The manager was not happy when I asked for medium lids for the drinks since none were available for self serve.
