Ordered a pack of tacos with no tomatoes ,add sour cream and nacho cheese and chips. Got home and tacos were soggy from sitting so long in stote and all had to tomaties on them and no sour cream. The chips and nacho cheese is a rip off. You literally get a teaspoon of cheese in a small cup and barely any chips at all. Waste of money this evening. They can't even get a simple order right...smdh

Went to this location 4 days ago and they were out of ice but did not tell us until we got to the window and they handed us a drink with no ice. Today, we ordered 2 crunch wraps and they had no crunch! Someone left out

Went through the drive through. asked for meat and cheese only on my 5 layer beef bean burrito in my $7 box. they only put cheese on everything, no meat. they forgot my 8 year olds fries. my mom asked for a five layer beef bean burrito no meat. they have her meat and no beans. the rude lady kept screaming “hold up, hold up, hold up” after every word i said. she gave us no straws.

Good has gone downhill a lot recently, not this locations fault, a corporate decision. Staff though, is hit or miss. Overall it’s a taco bell, what do you expect.

Only good thing about this experience was the one young female with glasses who was running circles around all of the other employees working her butt off. The young guy instead of handing me my food sat it by the drive thru window(after asking was I there for a doordash) I told him no but I think thats my food that you just sat over there and he says " yeah she will bring it to you" or something like that.
