Can your employees actually listen & care a little bit??? 2 of my items were wrong on the screen, asked them 3 times if they had it right including at the window, “yeah, yeah, we got it” and find out it’s wrong when we got home. Seriously, why don’t they just tell your customers to pizz off because they couldn’t care less anyway. 🙄 Fast food workers that take orders should have to speak English #1 and then Spanish if it is required.
