As someone who loves tacobell, this location suuuucks. I've been holding back on making this review for so long in hopes that it might have been an off night, and apparently I've gone every off night. Service is rude, they dont give you sauce, my taco from tonight was soaking wet for some reason? The soda is 9/10 times flat. It's just consistently bad, which is kind of impressive? Here's to hoping the one off red cedar is better.
Consistently poor food quality - soggy shells, leaking boxes, and never put any sauce packets. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but this has been consistently bad every single time. (5+ occasions)
Once again... I came in to do the order on the kiosk, as it's always wrong or missing items. I'm paying cash, and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to let me pay for my order. 10 minutes. 3 of the 5 employees were melted into their phone screens. The guy working the drive-thru is the only one that speaks English and can help customers. Must be nice to get paid for standing around. Slow as hell for orders and when they finish the order they can't even be bothered to announce it so your food is always cold
