I ordered four meals. I was asked multiple times if I would like sauce and napkins. I was asked right before receiving my food if I want sauce and napkins. I responded yes. After I left and check my food I only had one packet of sauce and no napkins. Not cool!!
My son ordered the rice and black beans with a side of chips. You can't order the side of chips on their touch screen, so we waited for a person to take his order at the counter. He couldn't figure out how to order just a side of chips, and instead of the rice and black beans, he ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito for my son. We stopped for a quick dinner here on our way back up north. We ordered on the app and got quite a bit of food for just the two of us. Our order was ready super fast. The staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. As for the food, it was probably one of the better Taco Bell locations I've eaten at. The food was fresh, nothing was missing from our order. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews.
