Imagine a customer ordering something on the menu and one of your employees telling them that they're wrong and that what they are ordering are two separate items when in fact they are not. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I was coming back home from a long long week and decided to quick stop here for some quick food fix. I forgot my purse there. I was so tired, I didn't realize nor remember where I lost it. A week later, i got a phone call and to hear that my purse was turned at my local police department....somehow! Then I found the note of the manager saying all is in it and to call if any questions.
