Would not turn air off, I kept asking for a person when it ordered random stuff I was not asking for. No one would answer. Had to drive to window. Said I had to use the ai. When I told them it's not working, they said they didn't care. Asked for corporate and they refused to give me a number. Terrible service. Terrible management. Contacted corporate
