I have a a handful of time where my food taste old and they forget stuff that I ordered overall hate this Tacobell they suck and need to fire people who clearly don’t know what there doing I’m tired of buying stuff and get home and my food is disgusting the meat just taste old and nasty that is exactly what happen today never going there again
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have never felt so disrespected as I did during my visit. I completely understand that it was a holiday and that the drive-thru line was extremely long. I would like to file a complaint about my experience at your Taco Bell location. I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 12:13 a.m. There were about eight cars ahead of us, so we waited in line. While we were waiting, a black Cadillac pulled up with what looked like a group of high school seniors or juniors. I ordered a chicken fajita fries with extra fries and they gave me less than the normal amount, I also ordered a grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream and extra rice and they gave me like no rice and a bunch of sour cream. It’s ridiculous how they can’t do anything right. Cmon Taco Bell.
Recommend keep going to the next town. This was the worst Taco Bell we've ever come across. Food wasnt even halfway wrapped correctly, my crunchy taco was full of mostly lettuce, the shell was stale & chewy. The 5 layer burrito wasn't made correctly, the tortilla was cold & the beans tasted like yesterdays leftovers. Husbands Dorito tacos were all cracked & barley had anything inside them. Someone please train your staff correctly.
