I’ve always used the app for pick up through this location, this time got the confirmation email & order receipt like normal. And was told they didn’t have my order, I thought that was odd at first. But, now after being instructed by the manager I attempted to cancel the order ( fun fact the app/ website will not let you ) And just reordered, now for a second time this happened & I’m out $84.04 from 2 separate orders I NEVER RECEIVED.
