We ordered delivery from this Taco Bell the other day. The ticket attached to the bag had our correct order. Nothing inside the bag matched the ticket, we got completely wrong items for everything except the fries/drink/desert. We cannot eat beef, hence why we specifically ordered the non-beef items yet everything we received had beef in it despite the ticket saying different and showing the substitutes we selected. Extremely frustrating that we paid the $7 delivery fee for all the wrong items.
86 minute wait for food for a door dash client. 2 drivers showed up and cancelled after waiting too long. Earlier that day I ordered food and it was 30 min for a quesadilla with 2 cara ahead of me.
