I visited Taco Bell 016796: I thought i had enough to cover my meal this morning; The tremendously awesome drive-thru order taker paid it forward for me, overwhelmingly, shockingly surprised me as i thought i was prepared to pay for my food & i came up too short by $6.50! Then he told me that my amount was refunded, stated: "It's all good"! I humbly wished EVERYBODY in Idaho was that Generous as old-school traits! I'd give the Taco Bell drive-thru order taker MORE than 5 star's for sharing, spreading kindness!!
Sadly this location has taken a nose dive. My lettuce wraps aka soft tacos, had but a pencil thin line of ground beef. Supreme tacos had a dime sized dolup of sour cream. Every time I go, there is something either wrong or missing. It's gotten to the point where I only order inside and I open and check every item at the counter. Ownership/management clearly doesn't care as seen from the plethora of negative reviews over a decent period of time. I won't be spending another dime at this location. Aiden at the drive thru is amazing! I pick up from this location for DoorDash and personal orders. He is always so kind and courteous every time I visit. He makes sure to acknowledge me regardless of it’s a pickup or personal order. Thanks so much Aiden!
