The food is literally always incorrect if you customize it, I’ve never got a fully correct order from pecan lane Taco Bell. Honestly, just take the extra 10 minutes and go to south Main Street
I literally have to change my review from Always Great to needs serious improvement. Waiting 26 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable. Unfortunately they have been trending this way for some time. We'll gladly go else where from now on. Y'all were good and one point, now they come across as not caring at all....and it shows.
Staff was rude. Out of Pepsi. No one wanted to be there.
Ordered a quesadilla, a burrito and a taco, they were all lazily wrapped and completely fell apart as undid the wrapper, quesadilla wasn’t even folded just rolled up and not cut, disappointed
