Placed in order through mobile app just to try to tell me that they’re closed to steal my money. When I was just through the DT a few minutes before! Your store says open, you have children playing and saying you’re closed at the speaker. Who is running such a HORRIBLE establishment????? This is unacceptable service and should be shut down!
The staff was unmotivated to help. My order was "picked up" already.
Tonight I attempted to grab a quick dinner from Taco Bell, but after visiting two different locations, I left with nothing but frustration. At the first location, no one would take my order at all.
