Placed an order through the Taco Bell mobile app to this location. Our order was accepted, however after it was accepted we were told there was no rice. Well, half our order included rice, so we asked for a partial refund. The drive through workers explained it’s a third party, they can’t process a refund or cancel our order once accepted.
