Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered through door dash. They messed EVERYTHING up. Supposed to have a crunchy supreme taco with no tomato-got just meat & cheese. Ordered a crunchy taco extra meat no lettuce-got a soft taco with a line of meat & a glob of cheese to one side. Didn't get the side of sour cream I PAID FOR. Didn't get any sauce. Continued over from Berea Taco Bell review... So after the Berea TB a no go...we said let's stop in Richmonds TB they won't be like that... walk in..I needed to ask about a meal online I didn't see on normal menu...there was 2 door dash ppl waiting on orders to the side. so first, the employees tonight were so incredible! I really want to shout out the lady in the drive thru with the really pretty braids and the guy that took our order! they were so kind to us and especially so when we needed an item remade. not usually one to ask but it was missing several things and was really skimpy and mostly everyone was so kind about it. the new bowl was perfect! it was warm and had everything that the other was missing. there was a manager who seemed pretty irritated but the girl in the drive thru saw... read more
