Placed an online order and it was about 60% correct. I don’t understand how online orders are getting this messed up when it is clearly stated on the receipt that the customer input. I will no longer be going to Taco Bell as this isn’t an isolated issue.
Started complaing over the intercom about how big an order was for 3 kids and 2 adults when they already skimp out on the meat and cheese didnt make the food right didnt put the sauces on anything that needed it except one and it was one lil squirt on back side of it chicken was dry old. Too expensive for that kinda service
They need to put employees back out front for the customers. To many in the kitchen plus delivery and drive thru. Made for a bad evening, a long wait, order was not right, and constant confusion in the kitchen .
This is hands down the best Taco Bell. My food is always prepared perfect. Although very busy. They get it right!
