Im not sure who manages this location, but someone really needs to check on the professionalism of the employees working tonight. My husband was towing a trailer and physically could not fit through the drive-thru. The lobby was already closed (it was 10:15pm), even though the location is open until 3am. He walked up to the drive-thru window to try to place an order and was immediately told, “We don’t take walk-ups.” A car behind him kindly offered to place the order for him so he could just pay them.
