I travelled alot to this taco bell store and ordered burritos, then i start my route and i opened the bags , inside the wrap it was totally different thing what i order, that was so bad. They made my dinner so …….👎🏻.
Trash! I just left there and drive 20 mins one way to get there to only receive my order with no sauces that it should have come with. Cantina tacos and cheesy dipping burrito that comes mandatory but I received absolutely no sauce. I Never complain about this kind of stuff but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
If you’re hungry, you’ve got to go somewhere else! I waited 19 minutes for food. I could’ve sat down at a restaurant and gotten a real meal at this point and the reason why it’s because they focused on the drive-through and ignored us in the lobby. the lobby was packed full of people waiting 20 minutes for their food And they focused on drive-through drive-through drive-through.
