I came in tonight for some dinner after work and redeemed my birthday reward from earlier in the month. Dan S recognized that it was a birthday reward and made sure to tell me happy birthday! I sat down in their lobby after receiving my food and a few minutes later he came over with a freeze drink for me and my friend who was with me, wishing me happy birthday again! Always have a good experience here! Went in for dinner with my friend and she redeemed her birthday reward. Dan S recognized it was a birthday reward and made sure to wish her a happy birthday multiple times. After we sat down with our food he brought over two more freeze drinks, one for each of us and wished her a happy birthday again! I always have an entertaining and enjoyable experience at this tacobell!!
We have been in the drive through for 30 minutes just orded and 3 cars ahead no way to get out of line.
The male person running the drive thru microphone was very rude and impatient with an angered tone and attitude. That’s the last thing anybody wants to hear while trying to order food for their family and children.
