Everytime I come through, I have to wait for an obscene amount of time in the drive thru or at the window. After waiting all of that time, there's a 70% chance my order is not correct. The people are pleasant, which is good, but by golly do they have zero sense of urgency.
Food was good service was a little slow but staff was friendly
lady at the drive thru window was rude and full of attitude for no reason. everyone else in my car got the right food except for me. i asked for two BEAN burritos with EXTRA onion and i received two BEEF burritos with practically NO onions. the wait for our food was ridiculously long and unnecessary. do better and train your employees in customer service.
Should have never took french fries off the menu
