In the drive true & we've been sitting here for 25 minutes.I prepaid $17 via app or we would have left. Doors closed early too. WTH? One person working. Worker said there was someone in the back, but he would disappear from the window and return to the front with the food. By the time we got our food, it was cold, so he threw the burritos back on the grill and browned (burned) them. We just took the food and threw it out. TACO BELL MANAGEMENT, DO BETTER! Do you have workers getting away with pretending to be at work or what?
All I know about it is that I ordered something and sat in line for a long long time finally I put it four-wheel drive and went over the curb and left. Some things have no explanation.
