The food did not taste right at all we wanted to pay with cash and none came to get the money at all like none was at the counter this place is a joke there food was not fresh at all the fries was nasty and under cooked I do not appreciate yall not cooking the food right like at all and the wait time when ypu pay with cash is ridiculous like 3 ppl walked out bc out it if yall are going to have them big screens yall need to have someone upfront geting the cash bc like wtf and the workers was disrespectful to each other

Pains me to leave a 1 star review - I love Taco Bell. I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of money at Taco Bell. But this location really taken a turn for the worse again, and it’s been consistently bad. Soggy, cold food. Constantly missing items. Bad service. They’ll pull you around to a parking lot to wait 20-30 minutes for cold, soggy food. They won’t let you check your food before they run back inside. I ordered black beans chalupa with extra cheese but there is not sufficient amount of ingredients so I’m just Eating tortilla and crunch wrap taste very bitter because shell is not fried proper they using old oil they not changing and everytime we order something from Taco Bell they always messed up with orders please improve your service. Even the at Mexican pizza. Corporate needs to get involved and train these employees better or the management company ( K- Mac enterprise Inc.) needs to lose their franchise.
