Someone came out and said they were closed at 11:00. Hours say they are open till 1am. Terrible. Update: I have gone back a few more times and they have improved the service and hours.
I visited this Taco Bell during a trip from Florida and was disappointed with the customer service I received. When I asked for a cup holder, an employee—a man wearing glasses—told me they had run out. However, there were clearly cup holders visible behind the counter, which made the response seem dishonest and frustrating. Its taco bell. About the same as most.
This particular location happens to be one of the worst taco bells. I have ever attempted to eat at horrible experience. Unprofessional staff could not care less about you. As a customer, very rude gave us the wrong food did nothing about it. Couldn't care less. Never go there again. I recommend anyone to skip this place.
