I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up but I sat in the line for 20 mins before I ended up going inside because the order said it was ready. I didn’t want the food sitting there to get cold so I went in and told them my name. I waited another 3 mins for them to find my name then waited 35 mins to get my food. I also heard a manager telling the girl at the counter to go play on her phone when he counted the draw.
