Not only did they refuse to serve me my order and instead hold it for 20 minutes but when I requested a refund instead of the now cold meal they tried to short me by $4. As such I do not recommend this location at all.
This location is near my job and has always made my food right. There are two locations near my home and Klien High School that I will not go to again. They always do a terrible job. Last time I was there on Loetta, I brought my Crunchwrap back to the counter because I didn't see any meat on it. The worker pointed to a tiny piece of ground meat that I didn't see because it was mostly hidden under a piece of lettuce. She was completely satisfied that they had done a good job...
