I ordered my chicken chalupas online, thats pretty much the only thing I order fro TB, i went kroger and then went to pick up my food that I expected to be ready when I get there, nope, I get there and when ask about my order they start preparing it, when out of frustration I ask why its not ready after almost an hour she told me "You gotta check in first" just to be clear i asked even if you ordered online an hour ago, her reply was "yes".
