some black lady got my order wrong twice
They actually wanted me to drive around the block to come back and park in their parking lot to keep their drive thru times down. I’m flabbergasted! I will never come back here as long as service times matter more than customer service. I had fries and nachos. It’s not like I ordered the whole menu!
When credit is due you give it! I was here months ago and it was one of the worst experiences with fast food ever. Everything went wrong! I Haven’t been back since. Went today after the Jags game and let me tell you they fixed it all. Tonight was a phenomenal experience and was impressed at the turn around. Our order was 100% correct, timely and made with care.
