Can't get simple orders right.
Bad experience
Jessica has one of the best attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a fast food environment. She was very professional, polite and helpful. She had a smile on her face the entire time. We need more people like her in the fast food industry. Thanks Jessica Sam and Melinda
The woman working in the drive-through and the front counter was extremely disrespectful. Lazy. Couldn’t even help us with our tablet order After working all day in the heat and she gets to stand there in the AC, don’t even know what hard work means and can’t even help us fill out an order… The food was on point besides the french fries being cold
they have always been good to us before but tonight they said they were shortstaffed, but Seemed to have a pretty damn full staff for 130, started taking our order and halfway through told us to hold on and then we had to wait 20 minutes to take out the rest of our Order. Not the customer service I’m used to they at least let us know what’s going on instead of letting us wait not knowing what’s happening
